Jambojet is selling 1,000 tickets at Sh1,000 to celebrate flying over 1 million passengers in 2022.

The promotion will run from 9 a.m. on Tuesday for 30 minutes, and it will be valid for travel from January 12 to January 31.

The airline carried 730,000 passengers in 2021, a 38% increase from the 1 million passengers carried in 2022.

"In 2022, we aimed to carry 917,000 passengers. For Jambojet, reaching 1 million passengers is a major accomplishment. To express our gratitude for choosing to travel with Jambojet, we have decided to offer 1,000 seats to our clients for Sh1,000, according to Karanja Ndegwa, MD and CEO of Jambojet.

The airline's single-minded focus on the consumer, along with an adaptable and enthusiastic team, was, according to Ndegwa, the primary factor in reaching this milestone.

We conduct a customer satisfaction survey every year, during which customers score our performance at various touch points and provide comments on our goods and services. The findings of this poll are used to design items that customers will find useful and to enhance the services we provide. Customer feedback, for instance, led to the creation of the Jambojet Rewards program, he said.

Over 350 flights per week are operated by Jambojet across 10 routes, with 3 from its secondary base in Mombasa and 7 from its principal hub in Nairobi.

From its principal base in Nairobi, the airline travels to Mombasa, Kisumu, Eldoret, Diani, Malindi, and Goma in the DRC. From its secondary hub in Mombasa, the airline flies to Kisumu, Eldoret, and Lamu.
